On November 16, the gear box of the 265T lift unit independently developed by our company was successfully applied to the "West China 1600" self -liter offshore wind power installation platform.
This platform is currently the domestic and most comprehensive installation capacity, the most comprehensive installation capacity, the most functional, and efficient truss pile -legged wind power installation platform, which is the fourth -generation self -liter offshore wind power installation platform in my country. The platform is equipped with a lifting unit gear box independently developed by Tiancheng Equipment (Jiang tooth), with a single rated rated increase of 265 tons and a storm support load of 650 tons. Tooth surface repair technology, system dynamics -based parameter optimization technology, and multi -planet gear loading technology, have the characteristics of high reliability, high load capacity, low noise, and other characteristics.
The successful delivery of Tiancheng Equipment (Jiangya) helps my country ’s fourth -generation self -liter offshore wind power installation platform, which further demonstrates the comprehensive strength of our company in the development and manufacturing of gear transmission devices in the field of ships and maritime.
